These Terms govern sales of Purevitala and related digital communications via https://zefrylonozhrex.world/. By placing an order or using the Website, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
1. Language and information duties
The Website is offered in English. Pre-contract information about the main characteristics of goods, total price including taxes, delivery costs, payment methods, and our identity is displayed on product pages and at checkout where checkout is available. Where an order is initiated by form, we confirm key details by email before dispatch where applicable.
2. Products
Purevitala is a food supplement, not a medicinal product. Descriptions highlight composition and recommended use. Labelling follows applicable food-information rules. Images are illustrative; minor packaging changes may occur as described on the homepage.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least eighteen years old to order. If you order on behalf of a business, you confirm authority to bind that organisation.
4. Price and taxes
Prices are shown in euros (€) including applicable value added tax at the rate required for sales to consumers in Finland and other EU destinations we serve, unless stated otherwise during checkout. We may adjust prices for future orders; changes do not affect orders already confirmed.
5. Order process and contract formation
An order request submitted through the Website form constitutes an offer. We may accept or decline offers based on stock, compliance, or security reviews. A contract is formed when we send an order confirmation to your email address or when we dispatch the product, whichever occurs first under applicable national rules.
6. Payment
Available payment methods are presented at checkout or in written correspondence. Payments are processed by regulated providers. You warrant that you are authorised to use the chosen payment instrument.
7. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided or to a carrier you nominate. If delivery fails through no fault of ours, additional charges may apply for re-dispatch.
8. Right of withdrawal (distance sales)
If you are a consumer in the EU, you generally have fourteen days to withdraw from a distance contract under Directive 2011/83/EU, subject to exceptions for sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if opened after delivery. Food supplements in sealed containers may fall under these exceptions once the seal is broken. See our Return Policy for step-by-step instructions.
9. Defective goods and legal conformity
Consumers benefit from legal conformity guarantees under Directive (EU) 2019/771 and national implementing laws. If you receive a defective product, contact us with a description and, where possible, photographs. We will remedy the lack of conformity by repair, replacement, price reduction, or contract termination as required by law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by mandatory consumer law, our aggregate liability arising from these Terms is limited to the purchase price of the affected order. We are not liable for indirect losses except where such exclusion is prohibited. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liabilities that cannot be limited by law.
11. Intellectual property
All Website content, trademarks, and product presentation materials are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy or exploit them without prior written consent.
12. Complaints and dispute resolution
Contact touch@zefrylonozhrex.world for complaints. EU consumers may use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are not obliged to participate in alternative dispute resolution before a specific body but will consider good-faith proposals.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
For consumers habitually resident in the EU, mandatory protections in your country of residence apply. Subject to those protections, these Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland have non-exclusive jurisdiction for business customers; consumers may sue in their home courts where required by EU law.
14. Force majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, fire, epidemic or pandemic restrictions, strikes, failure of public utilities, transport disruptions, acts of government, or supplier failures despite reasonable contingency planning. Affected performance dates will be extended for the duration of the event.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. Where possible, an invalid provision will be replaced by a valid provision that comes closest to the commercial intent.
16. Entire agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Return Policy, and any order confirmation that references them, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding purchases through the Website, superseding prior oral or written communications on the same subject unless fraud or mandatory law provides otherwise.
17. Changes
We may update these Terms. The version dated at the top applies to new orders. Material changes to ongoing subscriptions or instalment plans, if introduced later, will be communicated as required by law.
